The Unruh effect can be considered a source of particle production. idea has been widely employed in order to explain multiparticle production hadronic and heavy-ion collisions at ultrarelativistic energies. attractive feature the application as possible mechanism is thermalized spectra newly produced particles. In present paper, total entropy generated by calculated within framework information theory. contrast previous studies, here calculations are conducted for finite time existence non-inertial reference frame. this case, only number particles produced. dependence on mass emitted taken into account. Analytic expression radiated boson fermion derived. We study also its asymptotics corresponding low- high-acceleration limiting cases. obtained results further generalized other intrinsic degrees freedom particles, such spin electric charge.
